Commissions

I open for commissions on a limited slot by slot basis randomly throughout the month OR through YCHs . I make posts on either Twitter or FA with all the relevant information I need when i'm opening at the time. If you don't see a post explicitly stating i'm open, that means i'm closed!Currently using Google Forms with a form limiter to take slots.
The form is only available when i'm actively taking commissions.I don't take slots outside of specified openings and I don't do private pings for commission openings. It's the wild west out here, gotta be QUICK 💥👈🏽☝🏽NOTE: I don't use discord or telegram for commission purposes.

TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

>> You must be 18+ to commission me for both sfw and nsfw art. If I catch you lying you'll be blocked + blacklisted across ALL my accounts.>> Nothing made by me or any of my online names may in any shape or form be used in block-chain/NFT related cryptocurrency garbage.>> I retain the right to cancel/deny a commission for any reason at any time.>> I don't do pings for commission openings. Please don't ask when i'm opening.>> i'm NOT good with DEADLINES! (i.e birthdays, anniversaries, valentines, holidays etc.) I highly prefer to work without time constraints related to things like this, sorry!>> Me and my pages are LGBTQ+ friendly. Don't use harmful terminology or slurs at me, my characters or my clients and theirs. You will be blocked.>> I will not communicate through third parties. If you're not the commissioner, I will not respond to inquiries you're making on behalf of the client. Do not send your friends/partners to ask about your commission. They will be ignored.>> Turnaround times are usually between 1-3 weeks to 1-2 months. I'll contact commissioners if something prevents me from working on my queue longer than this.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

>> All payment is done via Paypal and USD only.>> Payment required UPFRONT before work can be started>> Payment due within 24 hours of me sending the invoice. Failure to pay results in your slot being voided and given to someone else.
If this is a constant issue, you'll be blacklisted.>> If you cancel your commission when work has begun, you'll receive a PARTIAL REFUND based on work not done. If you cancel before work has begun, you'll receive a full refund. Fully finished and saved pieces are NOT eligible for refunds.>> If I cancel your commission for whatever reason, you'll receive a full refund regardless of work done.

EDITS & WIPS

>> WIPS are offered at no additional cost, however once I send them and you approve them with no requests for further edits, I will not send more unless explicitly asked or if I have concerns/questions about the piece I wanna discuss further.>> WIPS are your chance to ask for edits. If you want a significant edit such as different pose/expression, request this during the sketching stage. Once the sketch(s) are approved, i'll only consider smaller edits during the lining phase.>> Feel free to draw over my work to help clarify what you're asking for and to help me improve the piece more to your liking! I'm a visual learner and this helps me immensely if you have specific things you'd like me to focus on!>> I'm under NO OBLIGATION to add/change details that were NOT made clear during the wips phase. Requests for edits after approving the wip(s), IF accepted, will come at a base fee of min. $15 per edit.>> Once the piece is completed, edits/alterations will no longer be offered unless i've made a mistake on my behalf that needs to be addressed.

PERMISSIONS

I, the artist, retain the right to the images I make, and to post/use commissions wherever and however I wish as a means to promote my work for future openings. Exceptions for this are private commissions, which can be discussed before I send your invoice.If you've commissioned me for a nsfw piece, please be sure to link to my nsfw accounts!

PRICES

My pricing is based on a sliding scale depending on what i'm opening for at the time. I like to experiment with my art and often open for different variations of things, so my prices can vary and are listed as a range. The price is always included in the opening post. This is just to give an idea of my rates + what I usually open for most.These prices are subject to change at any time, and depending on character, background and/or prop complexity. I'll always let you know if extra fees apply to your slot before sending the invoice.

CHIBIS: $65-85 USD

>> Flatcolored, fullbody of your oc in a smaller/toony style. Simplifies the shapes of your character to make them more "cutesy".>> Ferals and Anthros both okay! (ferals priced the same)>> Extra characters are + the listed price OR price agreed upon before invoice is sent if fees apply to your commission.>> Based on theme, simple props and backgrounds might be doable, but can come at an extra cost depending on what it includes.>> Backgrounds are offered on select openings only! Price may be more than whats listed depending on the details of the theme.

HEADSHOTS: $55-75

>> Shoulder/neck up drawings of your character with either a simple solid or gradient background.>> Extra characters are + the listed price OR price agreed upon before invoice is sent if fees apply to your commission.>> Based on theme, simple props and backgrounds might be doable, but can come at an extra cost depending on what it includes.>> Backgrounds are offered on select openings only! Price my increase depending on the details

I'm pretty much down to draw mostly anything (within reason), and will let you know if i'm uncomfy with a concept. .
